HEADWATERS OUTREACH INITIATIVE

Location: Second Creek Cabin on Berthoud Pass
Activities: Learning about high elevation ecosystem process including high elevation life zones, wildlife tracking, and food web recognition; wetland/riparian ecology, aquatic habitat, and watershed awareness; leave no trace ethic, human impacts and mitigation, and maintaining ecosystem integrity; outdoor adventures, wilderness survival, mountain navigation, and avalanche safety. This is an annual event.
